Small round brioche-style cake baked in a tin. The brioche is made of 7 rolls filled with pastry cream and chocolate chips. The cake has a diameter of 3.1 inch and is 0.7 inch thick. The product is wrapped individually then regrouped by six and wrapped again in polypropylene clipped pack.

The cake has a golden to light brown color, a delicate sweet taste and a smooth texture.
